Service that is above and beyond…
Unbeknownst to me, my fiancé worked directly with Clare from Cotton & Gems to find and buy me the perfect engagement ring. Had I known in advance, the thought of not choosing my own ring would have scared the life out of me – but Clare covered everything to a tee. She quizzed my fiancé, asking all sorts of questions about my tastes, jewellery likes and dislikes (what I tend to wear etc), what clothes I tend to buy (classic verses fashion etc) and a whole lot more! Clare even persuaded my fiancé to secretly take one of my rings to a jeweller to get the right size- so that I’d have no idea, but a perfect fit when the big question was popped!
I am now the extremely proud (and still shocked!) owner of the only engagement ring I would have ever wanted -in fact it’s so much better than I would have chosen for myself! It’s a one carat ’round brilliant’ cut that sparkles like crazy, even in the darkest of rooms- and I can’t help but spend half my days looking down in admiration at it! It’s a dilemma who to thank more, my future hubby or Clare! 
Through this experience we have been humbled at the investment of time Clare made in order to help make it such a special surprise, and make sure it suited us both perfectly.

I wanted a new and interesting set of cufflinks for a special occasion and Cotton & Gems didn’t disappoint! I chose a pair of their own brand chain cufflinks (the silver frogs) and they are fantastic. The quality is excellent and the design is unlike anything else I have purchased on the high street. I received numerous compliments throughout the evening and it just felt good to be wearing something different. The service is everything you would expect from an online retailer (I ordered late at night and further to immediate confirmation, I received the ‘despatched’ notification early the following morning) and both my wife and I were extremely impressed with the packaging – a very nice cufflink box beautifully gift wrapped.
